Biology/INQUIRY meets Watercolour Art Projects
Hey kids,
Could science become ART?
Would you like to try to represent the basic component of life, a cell, through watercolour?
Try using your techniques to represent a plant or animal cell.
Don´t forget to bring your results to share.
Have fun learning and expressing yourselves!

Healthy Bodies- How are our body systems interconnected? How do we maintain balance?
Hey kids,
During this UOI please always go back to your personal life, reflect on your actions or your habits to maintain a physical or emotional balance. Always try to find a way to connect your real life with our learning!
This week our first system we want to investigate about is our Respiratory System. After todays discussion you have told me we know that all systems are interconnected and rely on one another. We have also discussed that 2 systems are highly important and vital to life.... our Respiratory system and Circulatory system.
I want you to reflect on why you think that is so.
HOMEWORK-
1. What is the connection between my respiratory system and the trees in the forest?
(Connection between UOI2 & 3)
2. What lifestyle habits promote a healthy respiratory system and a healthy environment?
Try to think of 3 possible examples.
